It's one of the best deals there is from a customers perspective.
I am always on the lookout for these kinds of deals and usually pretty happy when I find them.
Today, however, I found a 2 for 1 deal that really doesn't sit well with me at all. In this "special sale" the taxpayer is getting screwed once again.
2 for 1 on produce with Food Stamps (SNAP) or WIC. Paying in cash...no such luck!
