America Deserves Better Than The Two Party System Offers
Hey and good to see you again! S.C. here, and I wanted to talk to you today about what politics in America has devolved into, otherwise known as the two party system. If you listen to the mainstream media outlets, most of the time they write stories that paint the third party candidates as people on the fringe of society or out and out idiots. (more…)
Dems want to increase the Debt Limit…Again!

Did you hear the latest out of Washington D.C. and our Government?
Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner and the Obama administration is already pushing for a higher debt ceiling. Remember last year when we went through all the threats of a government shut-down, and Obama threatened (in an off-handed way) to withhold social security and veterans checks? Well, get ready for more of the same!
Geithner has already fired a shot across the Republicans bow saying, ““We hope they do it without the drama and the pain and the damage they caused the country last July…”
The amazing thing to me is that the amount of “pain and drama” caused is shared more by the Dems than the Repubs, based on Obama’s 2008 campaign promises to get government spending under control and get the budget balanced! (A little side note to all those throwing dollars at Obama because of his “stance on gay marriage”, beware and pay attention to his actions, both past and present, not just his words! It would appear as if lies have been told to nearly every “group” or “division” of American society.) The Republicans that supposedly caused all this “pain and drama” were elected to slow down and reverse the out-of-control government spending, not to go along with whatever the President wanted. Dave Mustaine from Megadeath Talks About Obama and Santorum

Here is something that a lot of political types will find really odd…ironic even!
Do you know who Dave Mustaine is? How about the bands Megadeath or Metallica?
Dave used to be in Metallica until a very nasty and public breakup and he is a founding member of Megadeath. (more…)
Obama Then versus Obama Now
Over at AmericanCrossroads.org they have put together a video to show the two faces of Barack Obama on “healthcare.” One is the “Obama the Senator” face and the other is the “Obama the President” face. I find it just amazing that these two faces can live in close proximity to each other and one doesn’t seem to bother the other one at all!
10 States and 3 Winners

Hi and welcome back.
I don’t know if you are aware of this, but Tuesday, 06 March, 2012 was “Super Tuesday” here in the United States. Yes, in the race for the nomination to represent the Republican party in it’s quest for the office of The President of The United States, yesterday was the day 10 states had their primaries or caucuses. Ron Paul or a Wheelbarrow…which do YOU choose?
Hi again and today I would like to point out an article over at PersonalLiberty.com by John Myers concerning probably the most compelling reason to take Ron Paul seriously.
The article is titled “Your Choice: Ron Paul or a Wheelbarrow.” In it, John talks about our nations debt, and what happens when there is too much debt on a national level.
In Mr. Myers article he includes a very telling chart, straight from the Federal Reserve showing the U.S. base money supply since 1910, it’s acceleration in size starting in the mid 1970′s and it’s explosion in size since 2010. And boy, oh boy, has the base money supply really exploded under Obama! (more…)
This is the sum of good government
On March 04, 1801 Thomas Jefferson gave the first of his Presidential Inaugural addresses.
After listing some of the items the federal government is responsible for, then he asks, “With all these blessings, what more is necessary to make us a happy and a prosperous people?”
He then answers that question with “Still one thing more, fellow-citizens–a wise and frugal government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government; and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicities.”
Hopefully, Americas Next President will understand and embrace this more than the last few American presidents have.
Hard for the Mainstream Media to Ignore Herman Cain any Longer!

It is impossible for the media to ignore Herman Cain Any Longer!
After 3 consecutive straw poll wins (2 of them were blowouts!) and a viable plan to both raise revenue and cut our tax rates, Herman Cain is creating quite a problem for the mainstream media these days!
Have you given any consideration to Mr. Cain’s tax and revenue plan? He calls it the 999 plan. “What does 999 stand for?”, you may be asking yourself.
The plan is to reduce corporate taxes to 9%, and reduce personal taxes to a flat 9%…and create a 9% national sales tax. By doing this, Mr. Cain says it would nearly immediately do away with the approximately $430 BILLION drag on the economy that is compliance, enforcement, collection activities, etc… (more…)
Romney misled business when running for governor

In the New Your Times online edition, yesterday (01 Oct, 2011) “Seeking Taxes, Romney Went After Business” (by Michael Barbaro) appeared, highlighting some of the ways Governor Romney’s administration went about closing deficits in the Massachusetts state budget.
The basis of the article is that Romney went after “loopholes” that businesses in the state enjoyed and both Romney and most of the Democrats claimed was not right and not fair. To me, this points out one of the greatest issues with politics, and the reporting of politics in America today. (more…)
Freedom Not Worth Having

“Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.” – Mahatma Gandhi
When you combine this idea with George Washington’s warning against putting party before country, well it’s not too hard to see that as a nation, the United States has veered dramatically from the course our founding father’s set for the it.
They created a nice plan, including rules to run the government with, and the people we have elected, or allowed to be elected, just couldn’t bring themselves to follow that plan! Maybe America’s Next President will get us moving back in the direction of the intended path! (more…)
