Economists are often as obsessed as pollsters and pols with analyzing the political tealeaves in the throes of major elections.
That’s especially true in 2016 when the economy once again could determine whether the Democrats maintain their hold on the White House or if Donald Trump, Ted Cruz or some other Republican will be the next president. [...]
Today, we have the beginnings of the 2016 "race" for the presidency of The United States of America.
After the first "debate", the biggest story, according to the mainstream media is the fact that Meghan Kelly and Donald Trump had a bit of a dustup.
Most in the mainstream claim Trump said she "attacked" because she was menstrating... this is a great example of the "Twisted Way of Life" we're talking about here.
That claim is a pure lie told by the people we've been taught to trust to te [...]
Hi and thank you for spending a bit of your time with us today.
We are starting a series to take a look at all of the folks who have thrown their hat into the ring to become Americas Next President.
First up, we'll have Rand Paul explain his stance on taxes in America. Here is a video from Rand, with his idea of a Fair and Flat tax, both on Corporations and Individuals.
Enjoy the video and be sure to leave a comment below, let us know what you think. [...]
It’s not smart to get too enthusiastic about any politician. I’ve been disappointed often. I believed Bill Clinton when he said, “The era of big government is over.” I thought George W. Bush was a “small government guy.” And Barack Obama … [...]
We don't need someone else to lead from behind. [...]
Dan Gillmor: Our founders had their flaws, and huge moral blind spots - but on liberty, they were way ahead of their time [...]
The question of the day is, "Do Latinos Make the Ideal Republican?"
Here is a video with some pretty convincing arguments in favor of Latinos actually being more Republican than Democrat.
Watch the video, and let us know what you think!
The candidate least like President Obama will have the best chance of succeeding him.
For political professionals, the next presidential election begins the minute the last one ends. [...]
I am a (nerd) huge fan of in-depth research reports, for I relish the challenge of sifting through them to find the simple takeaways that make sense to me (while gracefully admitting defeat to the more complex bits).
The Energy Boom (in direct opposition to Obama's wishes) has generated more household income and 2.1 Million jobs so far! Maybe Americas Next President will embrace this kind of activity instead of trying to stop it! [...]
Utah Senator (R) Orin Hatch has just posted a video outlining some of the questions he now has concerning President Obama's desire to bomb Syria.
I too, share some of these questions and concerns and agree with Senator Hatch in asking "What is your long term plan, not just for Syria, but for the whole of the region, Mr. President?"
I also agree that "what is clear is that launching a few missiles will do NOTHING to end the civil war in Syria."
Leading from behind all these years has helped [...]
Apparently Mr. Obama has never heard this bit of advice from Pope Paul VI, or he just doesn't believe it, or he and his party just doesn't care!
“All life demands struggle. Those who have everything given to them become lazy, selfish, and insensitive to the real values of life.”
– Pope Paul VI –
These words are proving more and more true with every passing day and every new person forced (or persuaded) onto food stamps, welfare or any other government handout program, because of [...]
“Politics is supposed to be the second-oldest profession. I have come to realize that it bears a very close resemblance to the first.”
– Ronald Reagan –
And with each passing year and every new President and Congress, this quote looks to be more and more true!
Maybe America's Next President will at least slow down this appearance.
Yours in Freedom,
Jay Sekulow spoke with Laurie Dhue on The Blaze recently to cover what's going on with the ACLJ and all the "phony scandals" (Mr. Obama's words, not mine) going on right now.
They touched on the fact that the mainstream media seems to have drastically slowed down it's reporting of any of these items, even though new pieces of the puzzle are being exposed nearly every single day! One day it's a new revelation about the IRS & Lois Lerner, the next day it seems to be something about Fast & [...]

2-for-1 or Buy One, Get One Free!...What a Deal!
It's one of the best deals there is from a customers perspective.
I am always on the lookout for these kinds of deals and usually pretty happy when I find them.
Today, however, I found a 2 for 1 deal that really doesn't sit well with me at all. In this "special sale" the taxpayer is getting screwed once again.
2 for 1 on produce with Food Stamps (SNAP) or WIC. Paying in cash...no such luck!
By now, you're probably saying to yourse [...]
